Thank you for your interest in ProperPilates Studio! Save time before arriving to class and fill out the Studio's New Client Form and Studio Policy & Waiver online. 





Rules, guidelines, terms and conditions designed with client/studio safety, courtesy, and concerns in mind. Open communication is encouraged between all clients and studio staff. Your interest is appreciated. For further inquiries call (678) 561-3872 or email info@properpilatesstudio.com.





  • Please DO NOT use the equipment without supervision or permission from the instructor. 

  • Remove shoes before entering the main studio space. A cubby space will be provided for all items. Wearing shoes is not allowed on any equipment.

  • STICKY socks with "grippies" or barefoot allowed only. Socks without bottom grippers can not be worn while walking throughout the Studio. 

  • Please try to arrive early before class to fill out any necessary forms or to allow yourself some time to check in and mentally clear your mind and prepare for class.

  • Payment is due in advance before all classes and private sessions. 

  • If you are attending any group class, please sign in at the desk at the front upon your arrival. If you have not signed the waiver online, you must complete one before taking the class.

  • All participants are required to fill out client and waiver forms before taking class/private session.

  • TWENTY-FOUR HOUR cancellation or change is required for all private appointment sessions you have signed up for in advance. Cancellations made outside the 24 hour window cancellation policy for private sessions will incur a loss of session and is considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will not be rescheduled or credited. No refunds. No exceptions.

  • A FOURTEEN hour cancellation or change before class time for all classes is required if you have signed up online in advance. You will be charged for the class/session if notice is not given. If you have an illness or emergency, you are allowed a total of two free no-charge lessons or classes per year for group class members only.

  • There is a $20 cancellation fee for members or promotional package sales if cancellation occurs less than 14 hours before class time if you have registered for class in advance. There is a loss of class or session with drop-in and class pass rates. No refunds. No exceptions.

  • All cancellation policies and fee charges apply to New Client Packages and/or offers.

  • There is a $25 fee on all returned checks. 

  • Group class packages have expirations of 30, 60, or 90 days after clients first visit (with certain exceptions). Please note package expiration details when purchasing. Private sessions have extended expirations.

  • Additional fees may apply for Apparatus/Equipment Group Classes.

  • All purchases are non-refundable. If a class or private appointment session is cancelled within the cancellation window and you have signed up in advance, you will be credited for the lesson/class.

  • Help keep the studio clean by wiping down your own mat/equipment with the provided cleaning solution and towels after class/session.

  • Please be respectful and courteous to those around you, especially with cell phone use.

  • No eating and/or drinking in the studio. Closed containers and water bottles are allowed. 

  • Be mindful and respectful of Studio, kitchen, and bathroom use. 

  • Do not leave valuables visible in your vehicle.

  • ProperPilates Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damage to personal belongings or property. 






Please read before signing:

This is a legally binding release, waiver, indemnification of liability, and express assumption of risk.

Participant understands that Pilates and other fitness programs (hereinafter referred to as “Pilates ”) involve physical exertion, are strenuous, and that injuries may occur when participating in such activities. I recognize that many changes may occur as a result of these exercise sessions, including possible short-term aggravation of some symptoms: feelings of lightheadedness, increased energy, mood changes etc.

Participant accepts and assumes the risks associated with Pilates, including, but not limited to, equipment malfunction or failure, overexertion, inability to perform suggested exercises or maneuvers, physical or mental conditions that impede the ability to properly perform suggested exercises or maneuvers, failure to properly operate equipment, and failure to follow instructions. Participant hereby freely and expressly assumes all risk of property damage, injury, and death associated with Pilates.

Participant understands that it is his/her responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participation in Pilates. Participant represents and warrants that he/she has no physical or mental condition that would prevent full participation in Pilates. Participant agrees to inform his/her instructor immediately of any physical or mental condition that would prevent his/her full participation in Pilates.

In consideration for participation in Pilates, receiving instruction in a group, private or semi-private lessons, or workshops and use of Proper Pilates Studio LLC equipment and facilities, Participant hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify ProperPilates Studio LLC and its owner, partners, employees, independent contractors, directors, officers, agents, instructors, licensees and affiliates from any and all claims by or on behalf of Participant against ProperPIlates Studio LLC arising directly or indirectly out of Participant’s participation in Pilates, use of any equipment or facilities, and participation in any class, program, or workshop offered by ProperPilates Studio LLC.

I expressly waive, release and discharge ProperPilates Studio LLC, its owner, and/or independent contractors from any obligations, liabilities, claims demands, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of, or in connections with any bodily injury, however, caused, occurring during or after my participation in the exercise program and workshops. ProperPilates Studio LLC, its owner, and/or independent contractors shall not be liable for any injuries or damages to any participant, or the property of any participant, or be subject to any claim, demand or injury, or damages whatsoever, including without limitations, those damages or injuries resulting from negligence on the part of ProperPilates Studio LLC, and/or independent contractors.

If signing on behalf of a minor Participant, Parent/Guardian accepts full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred due to the minor’s participation in Pilates and agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify (including costs and attorney’s fees) ProperPilates Studio LLC for any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: 24-hour advance notice is required to change or cancel an appointment without charge. A  14 hour advance notice is required to change or cancel a class sign-up without charge. Appointments and attendance may be cancelled by phone, email or in person. If you have an illness or emergency, we allow two free no-charge lessons or classes per year. All purchases are non-refundable. 

ProperPilates Studio LLC and its owners and employees do not treat, cure, or diagnose ailments and medical concerns. ProperPilates Studio LLC is not a physical therapy center trained medically in the field of PT. ProperPilates Studio LLC is a fitness studio offering movement and exercise to help strengthen the body and core through the practice of Pilates as originated by Joseph Pilates. It is an exercise regimen that can help with injury prevention and does not in any way medically rehabilitate specific past, current, or future injuries as performed in Physical Therapy. If you are experiencing ongoing discomfort/pain or have a recent injury that has not been medically treated, consult a physician before participating in any Pilates/fitness related activities. 

This release is binding upon Participant, and Participant’s heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
